179) Chapter: Regarding Wages For The One Who Distributes The Spoils

Narrated Ata' ibn Yasar:

Ata' reported a similar tradition (to No 2777) from the Prophet (ﷺ).

This version adds: a man is appointed on groups of people, and takes (wages) from the share of this, and from the share of this.

179) باب فِي كِرَاءِ الْمَقَاسِمِ

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ - عَنْ شَرِيكٍ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي نَمِرٍ - عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَحْوَهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏‏ ‏.‏ "‏ الرَّجُلُ يَكُونُ عَلَى الْفِئَامِ مِنَ النَّاسِ فَيَأْخُذُ مِنْ حَظِّ هَذَا وَحَظِّ هَذَا ‏"
